Fixit Appliance Repair uses AI to make booking, scheduling, and customer questions faster and more accessible. This page explains where and how.

By continuing, you consent to the recording.

AI assistants can make mistakes. Information from the AI is not a substitute for an in-person diagnosis or technical inspection. Verify anything important with our team. If AI output conflicts with a written quote, invoice, or contract from us, the written document controls.

Transcripts and audio recordings are retained for the period necessary to deliver the service and meet legal obligations, typically up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or de-identified. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be kept longer for quality improvement.

Our AI assistants are not directed to children under 13 and should not be used by them. If a child interacts with the AI, the conversation will be deleted upon request to info@fixitappliance.us.
