How Fixit Appliance Repair handles cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and warranty service.

You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment by:
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations and reschedules. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a fee. Fee equal to the standard trip or diagnostic charge, disclosed at the time you book.
Fixit Appliance Repair may need to reschedule due to weather, parts availability, technician illness, or other circumstances. We will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available slot. If we cancel and cannot reschedule within a reasonable time, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once a technician has performed the diagnostic visit, since they compensate for the time and expertise required to identify the issue.
Charges for repairs already performed are non-refundable. If the same issue recurs within our 90-day workmanship warranty, we will return and re-perform the repair at no labor charge (parts may be additional if a different component has failed).
All payments are processed through Stripe. We encourage you to contact us first at info@fixitappliance.us or +18556520494 before initiating a card chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly and more quickly. If a dispute is filed, we will respond through Stripe's process with appropriate documentation (invoice, work order, signed authorization, photos, communication history).
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Most refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable state law, including state-specific deceptive trade practices statutes or implied warranty protections where applicable.
